An easy, pineapple crush co*cktail! This drink is made with pineapple, vodka, and orange liqueur. It’s a simple pineapple vodka co*cktail to make and perfect for any occasion.

After staring at a beautiful pineapple I had on my counter for days, I finally chopped it up and made this delicious co*cktail with it! It was lovely and a great drink to sit back and relax with. I had so much pineapple, I froze the rest of the chunks and I will add them to my morning smoothies!

Pineapple is a fruit that grows on a tropical plant. It is native to South America but is now grown in many climates worldwide. It’s also an excellent winter fruit and is used in many winter dishes and drinks.

The fruit is oval-shaped with a tough, scaly skin. It has a sweet, juicy flesh with a slightly acidic taste. It is a tropical delight and goes well with many flavors and spices.

This easy mixed drink gets its name from the pineapple actually being crushed using a muddler. If you don’t have a muddler, no worries, you can just use a spoon to crush the pineapple.

The drink is then shaken with ice to get it nice and cold. During the winter I like to serve it with a cinnamon stick. Cinnamon pineapple goes together perfectly.

Ingredients

Pineapple Chunks – Cut a fresh pineapple into chunks.

Pineapple Juice – You can find this at your local grocery store. Use 100% pure pineapple juice.

Vodka – Any plain vodka works for this co*cktail. If you want to give the drink even more of a pineapple flavor, use a pineapple-infused vodka or a tropical

Orange Liqueur – Use any orange liqueur that you like.

Rosemary – This is optional but I love the fragrance rosemary adds to the drink. You can muddle fresh rosemary in with the pineapple.
