This includes BOYS learning to Cook in the kitchen too!I think every child should know how to stick a seed in the ground and watch it grow into food… so teachingcreative Gardening with kids AND teaching kids to cook those yummy garden goodies is tops on my list!!

I think that children need to learn about their bodies and how to take good care of them…aka like drinking water and personal hygiene too!

One of the most important homemaking skills we can pass on to the next generation is teaching kids to cook. After all, don’t we need to eat? YUM! In this crazy fast paced world we don’t want our children learning that the only way to feed their hungry bodies is to drive thru a fast food joint. Do we?! Please say YES!
